Check This Out!!!

When we got up this morning and left for breakfast, the hallway outside of our room was lined with baby cribs. After we finished breakfast, we came back up and they were cleaning our room. We went down to our friends, the Lazar's room to hang out while they were cleaning. This is what we returned to find. Our very own crib for our very own Maya HuaMei. They had also opened our photo album to the first page so we could see our beautiful girl's face when we came in.

About 2 more hours as a family of two. Our hearts are beating like a drum and my head is spinning. We are pacing around twiddling our thumbs. We can't believe that this day is finally here. We will be a family very soon.

When you read this you will have a sweet girl in your arms. Jill, there really are no words...I can't imagine what you must be feeling right now. My heart is so full for you and Mike. We are all here at work waiting for those pictures of your first few moments as a family. We have been counting down the hours--literally!! "Six more hours...Three more hours...Two more hours...One more hour...bet they are on their way there now..." We simply could not be more excited!! My love to you and the new daddy, and oh, of course, MAYA!!

The girls here are all in LABOR with ya, (Jenny's in the BR pushing)... Oh by the way... the weather in your area is 70F, with scattered clouds and clear skys, wind is 13 mph NNE. I can't be in labor so I have to have something to do! Weather check!!!

On a serious note, Amy & I are both overjoyed at your impending stork arrival and are waiting, as is everyone else, for more news and sites from China! I imagine that today is very surreal and will become blurred with excitement. Enjoy this rollercoaster ride, it's only the beginning!!!

Love ya! (Mean it!)
